Douglas Baker is a 1975 graduate of Washburn University Law School, Topeka, Kansas. He served four years in the Kansas House of Representatives, six years as a City Attorney and two years as a County Attorney. Mr. Baker was a founding director of the Idaho Brain Injury Association. He has represented an estimated six hundred clients suffering from whiplash injuries. Mr. Baker continues to represent the auto injured in the Kansas City metropolitan region. He is active in entrepreneurial ventures, is authoring several books and presents CLE seminars on the topic of whiplash injuries.
